Some of our habits that we do daily can really be harmful for the skin. Be sure to avoid the following few things to protect your skin in the future.
Too much chlorine
Once you exit from the pool immediately get shower with soap. Chlorine which remains long on the skin can cause damage.
Sleeping with makeup
This it already knows, but it’s nice to be repeated. From sleeping with makeup you can accumulate bacteria and appear acne.
If you eat at about the same time every day, the skin is aging faster and faster drying. Include vitamin A (potatoes), B3 (peanuts), C (oranges) and E (avocado) supplements for healthier skin.
Long showering with hot water dries the skin and damages the top layer of the epidermis. Therefore, be sure to finish showering quickly and with not much hot water.
Testing too cosmetic products
When you go to buy cosmetics, always try them on a small piece of skin, on the arm to prevent possible allergic reactions to face, especially if you have sensitive skin.
Talking on the phone
If you are often glued to the phone, you may get redness of the face, in the area around the jaw. So, bring your anti-bacterial wipes and occasionally clean the phone.
Importing large quantities of sodium
If you reduce sodium intake, skin will be brighter because it maintained natural moisture.
Wearing dirty glasses
The glass should always be cleaned since they collect bacteria that can penetrate into the pores of the area around the nose.
Lack of exercise can cause harmful effects on skin
Exercise helps in increasing the blood flow, gives shine to the face and cleanses toxins. If you do not exercise regularly may occur more wrinkles.
Take 2-3 days a week when you do not use make up to allow the skin to breathe. This helps against premature aging of the skin on your face.
