Triceps Workout, EZ-Curl Bar Skullcrusher

Lie down on a bench and pick up the EZ curl bar, holding it with your elbows. Your hands should be straight up, like on picture 1. That is you starting position.

Keep your upper hands stationary and move the EZ curl bar slowly to your forehead, alowing the elbows to flex. Inhale as you are preforming this. When the EZ curl bar reaches to your forehead, pause for two secunds, like on picture 2. Now, once the pause is over, lift the EZ curl bar back to its starting position. On its way back, you should exhale. Then repeat.
